Rainet Rummy is an online gaming platform created by Rainet Rummy and own by Rainet Rummy (hereinafter referred to as Rainet Rummy,” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) designed for users (“You”) to enjoy playing Rummy online.

Note: Players from Telangana, Sikkim, Assam, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, and Orissa are not allowed to play online cash rummy.

- “Bank Account” is a financial account maintained with a Banking Company or a financial institution.
- “Banking Company” is a banking company as defined under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
- “Barred States” are states in India where online gaming is prohibited under Applicable Laws.
- “Buy-in” is the value required for a User to play a Cash Game on the Platform.
- “Buy-in Balance” is the total value of a Cash Game available for a User on the Platform.
- “Cash Games” refer to Games involving a financial stake, as determined by the participants.
- “Communication Feature” is the in-game feature enabling users to interact during a Game.
- “Deposit Balance Segment” is the wallet segment where money deposited for Cash Games is credited.
- “Discounted Buy-in Value” is the actual amount debited for a Cash Game, irrespective of the actual Buy-in.
- “Discounted Credits” are non-monetary credits provided by Rainet Rummy as a promotional measure.
- “Discounts Credits Segment” is the non-monetary segment displaying the Discount Credits balance.
- “Game(s)” means the Rummy game offered on Rainet Rummy, including various formats and variations.
- “Game Balance Segment” is the Wallet segment representing the value for playing Cash Games.
- “Platform” is the Rainet Rummy website and related applications offering Games to users.
- “Game Rules” are the rules applicable to each Game, accessible on the Platform.
- “Refund” is the reversal of amounts paid by a user for a Cash Game.
- “Terms” are the Terms of Service of Rainet Rummy.
- “Wallet” is the section of the Account allowing Users to deposit and utilize funds on the Platform.
- “Withdrawable Balance” is the amount in the Withdrawable Segment and the Deposit Segment.
- “Withdrawal/Withdraw” is the transfer of Withdrawable Balance to a user’s designated Bank Account.

- Do not engage in cheating, collusion, or any fraudulent activities.
**Deposits and Withdrawals:**
- You may deposit funds into Your Wallet using designated payment methods.
