Rules and Gameplay

Welcome to the thrilling world of Wallet Rummy by WalletRummy, where fair play, skill, and sportsman ship take center stage. Our Fair Play Policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of Wallet Rummy ("Platform"). It establishes high standards for conduct, ensuring fairness, competition, and skill in all games played on the Wallet Rummy platform.*

WalletRummy ("Wallet Rummy" or "We") reserves the right to enforce this Policy at its discretion, taking necessary actions to maintain fair play. Players are encouraged to read this Policy carefully before engaging in any games on the Wallet Rummy Platform.*

Fair Play Violations

1. Fair Play Violation (FPV)

  • Any activity violating this Policy, including but not limited to:
  • - Unfair manipulation of game outcomes.
  • - Fraudulent, illegal, or unfair activities.
  • - Intentional fund transfers between players.
  • - Collusion between players to influence game results.
  • “Buy-in” is the value required for a User to play a Cash Game on the Platform.
  • - Prohibited Conduct as outlined in Clause 2 below.

2. Prohibited Conduc

  • Expressly prohibited activities on the Wallet Rummy Platform include:
  • - Use of multiple accounts.
  • - External assistance in games.
  • - Impersonation or misrepresentation.
  • - Unauthorized access to other Players' accounts.
  • - Misrepresentation of identity or funds.
  • - Money transfer through intentional losses.
  • - Use of unauthorized components or cheats.
  • - Dissemination of spam, unlawful content, or unauthorized communication.
  • - Use of the Platform for money transfer or unlawful activities.
  • - Uploading offensive or unlawful content.

3. Consequences of Fair Play Violations

  • - Immediate freezing of Player accounts involved.
  • - Permanent ban from accessing the Wallet Rummy Platform.
  • - Funds in frozen accounts subject to penalties.
  • - Fair Play violation fee may be levied, debited from Player accounts.
  • - Investigation period of up to 180 days.
  • - Repatriation of amounts involved in violations.
  • - Legal action against Players violating the Policy.

Redressal for Genuinely Affected Players

4. Genuinely Affected Players

  • - Players subject to direct monetary impact during a Game due to FPV.
  • A default Username is generated, changeable by You. Usernames must be lawful and not offensive.
  • 5. Security Measures
  • - Random Number Generator (RNG) accreditation for fair game-play.
  • - Anti-collusion measures and anti-fraud algorithms.
  • - Encrypted playing card information.
  • - Advanced techniques to detect colluding players.

6. Game Cancellation and Refund

  • - Refund for Genuinely Affected Players in case of game cancellation.
  • - Forfeiture of entry fees for Players involved in FPV.
  • - Penalty levied on Players engaging in FPV.
  • Game results and winners are determined by applicable Game Rules. Winners' lists are posted on the Platform.
  • Terms prevail over game rules/FAQ in case of discrepancies.
  • Prizes won in Games are subject to specific terms communicated during prize issuance.
